Primary Inclusion Criteria
- Men and women between the ages of 21 and 90.
- Diagnosis of New York Heart Association (NYHA) Class II or III heart failure as a result of a previous heart attack.
- Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction of the heart between 20% and 40% (normal heart function is 60%).
